I am new here in this forum.
I Have 2 Problems
1. I am not able to config the software right, i can not preview the music in my headphones....
2. i can use tracks from Apple music is that rigt?

I have a mac book pro 16GB Ram and a Numark mix track pro
Cross DJ ist downloaded in the Appstore so ican't register it

Prefernces-Audio.
Set mode to Dual stereo to have both Main as Preview.
This also adds the push and volume faders for preview.

You can use m4a(aac) files.

If this isn't enough info please also tell which osx and Cross version you use.

I Use OSX 10.11 El Capitan
and Cross DJ Version 3.3.11
Downloaded from the Appstore
I will test the Preview Function.
But it is sure that i cant use the Titeles from Apple music, Cross DJ shows in the Playlists only the Titles which are bought before i used Apple music.

Your English will do... Don't hesitate to put some in German if it helps you. Best about English is that more users can help you out, so usually it is quicker in the end.

There's no restriction for Apple music whatsoever. But Apple has many surprises for each new release of both iTunes as OSX, so maybe that has to do with it.
Are you using the iTunes node in Cross when you have this issue, or something else.
You could try selecting such a track via explorer (sorry Win user...) and drag and drop it onto the node called 'collection' at the left.

i asked for my Registrationcode using the email adress from your link....

Then i tried to put the Tracks by Drag and drop from the Finder to the Collectionsbutton but only the Tracks i buyed will be shown.
The tracks "buyed " be Apple music( its like spotify or deezer) are not shown... hmmm

Is it possible that Cross DJ can't play DRM protected music?
The Apple Music Tracks are protected, because You will not be able to play the tracks if you don'T pay for aplle music monthly

Haven't read anyone mentioning Apple music to be unplayable (maybe I skipped the info..).
Maybe one of the developers knows this.
Could also be a new bug/feature introduced in OSX or iTunes (Apple might call this an improvement).

From a rights point of view it could be something, as some of the 'streamers' prohibit public/commercial usage.

I recall reading somewhere that an iTunes version may incorrectly DRM-enable music in the collection. Maybe installing the latest iTunes could help.
