I'm having trouble using my new toshiba laptop with windows. For some reason the new program doesn't recognize the audio interface and for that reason I cannot use the vinyl portion of this program. What do I do to get the records working so I can play mp3's.

Did you try running the 32bit version of Cross.
If the driver of the sc isn't 64bit it won't work with Cross 64bit. You can use asio4all to be able to use 64bit. However for audio tracks the 64bit version won't have an advantage. It's merely videos that may benefit.

I'm using the Mixvibes audio interface. I also tried using the 32 bit version but still it doesn't let me use or recognizes the U46mkII sound card.

If you're using Turntables you must switch the Pin on your Soundcard to Phono .
Go to Preferences
TAB Audio : Select ESI ASIO Audio
If you are using an external Mixer Switch Routing Modus to Externel Mixer Cue
than go to TAB VInyl/CD
Switch Control Medium to MV Vinyl
Put your Turtable on an calibrate

Is the Soundcard recognized by your os?
If recognized then open the Soundcard Menu and you can see some Line Faders for Audio Output.
Under the Faders are some Buttens with an M (Mute) on it .
click these Buttons and Try again
