Remove Watermark from Video

I purchased this software through the App Store - and in reading the forum learned i needed to sent my receipt to MixVibes so I could get my product key - and then the watermark would be removed from the video. I took these steps Tuesday night, and unfortunately, i was hoping to use this software at an event tomorrow night and still haven't heard back.

Is there any other way to remove the watermark from the video? Thank you!

Which Version do you had bought ?

If you bought Cross DJ you have to buy Full Video-In App to remove Wartermark.
