Probably a quick/easy MC6000mk2 Question...

So I everything seems to be working fine except that my cue/monitor/headphones stuff is messed up.

1. Headphones cue sound as if my mix knob was all the way over to "Master" even when it's all the way to "Cue".

2. Engaging the "cue" buttons immediately above my channel/line faders gives my cue volume a slight boost but don't toggle between on and off.

3. I'm using the supplied//default MIDI mapping that comes with Cross that it chooses when it detects that my controller is plugged into my laptop.

Any thoughts?

thanks in advance,

M

 doesnt sound like a MIDI mapping issue ,, with that said post screen shots of your audio configuration and set up infomation ,, sounds like a mis routing of your master/mix outputs ,,

also take time to regerster the software licence key in the fourm ,, any other info you think will help please post it ,,ie what you have tried to do to get this sorted ,, will help by not giving already tried suggestions

 routing look correct ,, have you verified the hard wiring is correct ,, also the cue/mix knob on the interface is it fully counter clockwise to mix ,,not master ,,i think you said this ,,double check ,,
also is there a monitor volume/switch knob or control on the controller ,, ,,
thanks for registering and check the download section for latest version ,
in the gui is a display/menue tab to get to a link for the manual ,, maybe shed some light ,,

Tks for the rapid responses, Daniel! :)

What do you mean "hard wiring". How do I verify that the hard-wiring is correct?

I fig'd it out.

The internal software controls in Cross were wrong. Up in the upper-right hand corner, the Cue and Mix controls that are next to the Main Out and the clock were wrong.
