U-Mix Control Pro - Cross fader broken - can I replace it?
Posted: 05 Sep 2015, 10:29I'm using the latest version of the software on Mac book pro. All been fine for the handful of times I have used over the last few years using standard built in MIDI mapping. This week the Cross fader has stopped working. Checked in prefs and the MIDI data when moving the Cross fader is sporadic. Is it possible to buy and fit a new Cross fader?
If not I'll need to but a new compete DJ controller.
Also is there no proper technical support for this product?

at the begining of the U-Mix Control Pro ,, there was avability of replacement Cross faders and volume pots ,,maybe that info is still ion somebodys comp for replacement specs,, not shure why they were not offered any more ,,
