Cannot Enable "Activate Video" Box

When in preferences / video there is an option to "enable video".
When I click on it nothing happens. The box does not get a checkmark and it seems to ignore my request.

I have purchased the full Cross version.
I have registered my serial number on the forum.
I have downloaded the video plug-in.

I am running Win 10
Operating with Numark N4 controller
Computer vid output Bulit In + Monitor

What am I missing?

 what version are you running ,,since being regerstered you have access to the latest version ,,
does you computer have dual screen capabilities , if so then activiate the second screen abnd the vids will be played there ,,
in the top of the gui to the left will be a icon that looks like a screen ,,toggle this ,,
not shure if you needed the video plug in as to being a added on to enable video in Cross DJ ,,not Cross since the later versions ,,
so any other info might give us a clearer picture of what going on ,,
also enable tool tips in perferences ,,that will help you figure out the gui interface ,,

I thought that 3.3.10 was the latest version...I just downloaded and installed 3.3.11 and everything seems to be functioning properly now!

Since 3.0 the video plugin is part of all Cross versions. Depending on purchased license you may have a watermark as limitation. Removal is done by entering a license key.

The seperate plugin was for the 2.x versions (starting 2.5)

Cross (full) has all video functions featured. So as Daniel expected installing the plugin may have messed up your install as you likely are the first (hopefully last as well  ) to use it in W10.
