I believe you can now download the timecode images to burn to disc once you have registered your software.
As for a comparison, that is a bit much for me to tackle in one post. Also it's a bit useless as I have no idea what features would matter to you and which won't.
As with any products there are pro's and con's to Mixvibes Cross, but they depend mostly on what it is you want/need. Someone that wants video can call the video option a Pro. I never use video so I don't because it would make no difference to me. In some software you can get more/better FX. If you are heavily into FX use, then maybe other software would be better suited. For me, who uses FX only occassionally, what is in Cross is plenty.
Other example, if you intend to play a lot on club gear too with Pioneer CDJs in place, Cross is wonderful. Easy to set up and works like a charm, unless some other software I have seen.
Conclusion: you'll have to do your own homework. We can't do it for you.
