U-Mix 44 DVS not working whit Cross 3.3.10

I own a umixx44 for a few years now.
i turned from PC to Mac, so i could not use the original software on mac.
i bought Cross 3.3.10 and some how i could not get it working.
at preferenses calibration menu the program can see my vinyls, and says 99% quality but there is no sound and moving on the waveform.
if i press the play button next to the sync there is sound but no control whit vinyls...
can anyone help me whats the problem? i hope there is a solution cos i just payed 130 euros for Cross...

not a mac user ,,but what version of the os are you running ,, also maybe some csreen shots of your audio config and gui ,,
