Hi , downloaded crossdj free for PC, purchased remove watermark option, love the program BUT have big problem all my video files which are .mov extension files are playing a/v out of sync which is frustrating. when playing the files on the computer on ANY media player they are playing perfect, so it's only crossdj software that I have the problem with, how do I fix the problem.. please help
