Red Alert Msg, My collection has locked itself

Hi Mixvibes,This is a Red Alert Msg, My collection has locked it self and willnot let me open it, its error is:
Collection Opening Failed-Couldnot open passport for Mac, this collection is not valid or could be locked by another source!
I Have A MAJOR EVENT ON TOMORROW, Can you help me today?

:idea: in order to help you ,,gonna need some more info ,,not familiar with mac and its problems ,, but the info will help for someone who is ,, what operating system ,,what computer set up ,, what hardware ,,
where are your music files stored and what changed to cause this event,, the more info the better ,, :cool:

Can you access the hard drive (I assume) contents in any other application?

External Hardrive: WD for Mac -Passport 1 Terabyte
Cannot access the files on the hard drive.
If it would allow me to access the collection on Mixvibes program i wouldn't need the WD for Mac -Passport 1 Terabyte because the major tracks needed is stored in playlists.

:eek: if you are using Cross for mac then please regerster the software licence key in the fourm ,,,user control panel/profile/serial # ,, this allows access to download section for the latest update for your software ,,where issues with itune compatibility have been adressed for the yosimity os update :cool:
