only the cue for A works and when I slide the fader to the right the audio dies, the audio only comes out of the volume for A and A acts like the master volume and C acts like a gain

Pretty sure you had replies to this issue yesterday. Please do not create new topics on the same issue. Your information will get spread and you're the only one knowing, whereas user who reply won't be to cooperative if they find out the same suggestion where already made.

i had one and it didn't help and I'm not trying to cancel gigs coming up :-( and I only get to email back and forth with mix at 2am my time but for all of 10mins then they get busy :-(

I can't even get it on 2 channels to act right FML

Windows/MAC, 32/64 bit? what does it say in audio settings? a screenshot of the audio settings usually very worthwhile.
