WINDOWS 10 / LICENCE KEY

Hello, my PC windows7 with Cross has crashed.. i bought a new PC with windows 10.. My original licence key have 25 characters (one lost??), the new installation want 26 characters... what can i do?
i have to buy a new licence?

You have Registered your software
Go to (User Control Panel > Profile > Serial Number)
Copy and Paste it
