I'm having audio issues and can't hear the right side. I had a U-Mix Control Pro and It got stolen with my laptop so I'm starting fresh and I have gigs this weekend so I'm on a new laptop and controller. so if you can walk me through what settings I need thanks. I also can't hear the cue on the right side either

not shure why you are loosing the right side ,, check controller manual for any hints ,, if you have/had the u m c p then you should be familiar with basic set up of controllers ,, so any screen shots of audio tab and gui might give a clue ,, not familiar with this controller ,, so screen shots will tell some good info ,

where can I find the screen shots?

I'am with the U-Mix Control Pro but it's my first time using a 4 channel so I just wanna make sure

You should make the screenshots and post them here:
- Preferences / Audio tab
- overal Cross screen

Is your audio routing set to Dual stereo (unless you need it with external mixer).
