Need help , My problem is when am using Cross DJ version 3.3 it hangs or it just shuts off while am using it , I have payed for this but its hanging now is there anyway you can help me rectify the problem, It happens when i mix videos,

thank you thats a start ,,little bit more info as to os and computer specs ,, just to see if your system is up to snuff to run videoes ,, also what typ/format vids are you running,,any thing to add pieces to the missing puzzel will help us figure out whats going wrong ,,

vers 3.3 ,, is this the latest version ,, if not check out the download section ,,
