Cue button in RMX

Hi guys, just downloaded Cross DJ (29 euros version). By using my Hercules RMX I realized that cue button (for pre listening) just doesn't work, as monitor knob on the top of the controller... The button turns on the light, but nothing happens... What can I do?

If you register your license key you may be able to find more. I assume you have version 3.3.10.
Easiest steps
Have you selected the right MIDI mapping (Preferences > MIDI)
The 'headphone' button only opens up the audio routing to the cue. You have to play the track. Also Cue knob fader needs to be open. And Mix knob fader to the left (if full right then you get Main out only in headphone).
And you need have set the audio preferences to Dual stereo.
If this doesn't help yet, please add screen captures to your reply (only available for users with registered software...). Else explain some more about your audio setup.
