Firstly have a good day mixvibes community.
I have a problem for my Cross DJ software. Im using gemini firstmix i/o with soundcard 2 years. And ı bought a new laptop. When i install crossdj software in my new laptop ı realized, ı lose my serial key paper. I searched everywhere at my home but ı dissapointed. I bought my gemini first mix i/o soundcard 2 years ago really ım in big problem ı can't using my mixer on my new laptop. I boughted my mixer on www.hepsiburadan.com 19.06.2013 / 16:10:09 ı have original Cross DJ le's cd. İf you want i will send my receipt pictures. Really ı want to some help please.

:eek: This might be hard to understand ,,the licence key is the software or validating a purches of such ,, mixvibes doesnt keep track of every licence key when they sell them to a manufacture who bundels then with there hardware ie your controller so by regerster the key in the fourm you are validating your purches ,, the info supplied might be of some help to the controller manfacture ,, but no help to mixvibes ,, but the screen shot i posted above will be the person of intrest if the possibility is there ,, so heres a good luck and hope it works out
