Pause videos

I bought the full version pro recently and when I start to mix video it happens that the image is paused.

I am using a MacBook Pro Mid 2010:

Processor: 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
Memory: 4 GB 1067 MHz DDR3
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce 320M 256 MB

What is this about?
Help me please.

Cross é pesado mesmo, 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo é pouco para ele, tenho 2.6 GHz Intel Core I5, 16 giga de memoria e mesmo assim da umas engasgada, Cross poderá ser um ótimo software quando quando conseguir ser mais leve ... tente a nova atualização 3.3.11 para ver se melhora!!!
