Cross unexpectedly closed several times

I am experiencing problems whit Cross on my laptop. It happenend several times to me that the software gets closed and i get the windows message your software stop working. I am using it whit 2 cdj 850 in hid mode.
My laptop runs on a i-5 3210M whit 8 gig of ram. I use the Cdj asio driver 32 bit. And run Cross also in 32 bit because the driver is only availble in 32 bit. I always put the performance energy plan to high and i always put my virus scanner off. What can i do to prevent this sudden shut downs ?

What version of Cross are you using? Please use the latest,3.3.11, to check if it resolves the issue with Hid mode 'cause it's not a final version but it's a Release Candidates.
