by the software badging in your aviatar ,,you have the ion discover DJ bundel ,, comes with Cross DJ le ,, a limited version of the software and was possibly updated once,, if in the download section if there is a listing avaible then download it ,, but to get the later versions ,, this will involve purching at a up grade price the software of your choice ,,as i recall the ion was bundled with a non updateable version and only a update was provided to fix some bugs,, that the history and sorry to say its that way ,,

trying to get the info to you forgot to say welcome ,,the serial # is safly stored and should be accessable for software download ,,
