licence key, and connecting decks

Hi everyone, I purchased refurbished mixvibes U-Mix 44 interface, and have 2 questions:
1. I have software installation disc, but no license key/serial number to use it, what can be done about it?
2. connected decks don't trigger the song from timecode vinyl, is it a limitation of free version of software, downloaded from website?

1. Where did you buy it ?
There you should also get your serial number .
Usually it is on the Cd Sleave
2.Cross free is without Timecode use
Cross demo has a 15 min Time Limitation until you buy it

In case you're german:
Die mitgelieferte Software für die Soundkarte, falls es eine Cross Version ist, ist definitiv limitiert. Für den reinen Preis der Soundkarte ist lediglich eine freie Version die nicht den vollen Funktionsumfang bietet enthalten.
