Cross LE troubleshoot

I've just downloaded the Cross LE software (I bought a Xone 23c with a serial number for the Cross LE). After the installation when I try to open it it shows a window to fill with info. It is not visible which info is required on the fields to start the application. Even when I try to fill in something it doesn't allow. I'm sending the link below with a screenshot:

Am I missing any steps here or is this a software bug?
