:eek: o kay ,,couple of questions ,, what software /hardware are you trying to retrieve ,,
is the old computer still in your possesion and functional with the software , if so what version is installed ,,as to the later versions in the info panel there is the licence key for retrieval ,,
how did you purches the software ,, and if by web store purches then do you still have the activiation e mail ,,(can use that for getting your licence back ,
in any case the contack person in the screen shot might be able to assist or confirm that it is indeed lost and will have to be replaced at your expence since the regerstration process in the fourm is how mixvibes keeps track of ownership and validity of it software ,
so heres wishing you well and a freindly reminder to regerster the software licence key in the fourm ,,for future retriveal ,
