Hi,
I use U-Mix Control Pro 2 together with Cross DJ 3.3.10 (I did experience the issue already in previous versions). Sometimes scratching is just not working. When I turn, Cross DJ seems to bend (only on one table, the other one works). Also when I press pause, scratching works again. When I hit play, it does not. When I close Cross DJ and start it again, it works fine again. However - this of course is not possible on a live gig! Please help to resolve this issue. Thank you, Peter

Hi Daniel, I increased the level. Seems like this has a positive effect! Great - thank you for helping!

Hi,
I did set the levels to the max. However it still does sometimes not work. this is very annoying when it does not work for a transition. Any other ideas? Does someone else have this effect? Regards, Peter

I hope I understand what you mean by "post your map"!?
I have the MIDI Mapping for U-Mix Control Pro 2, Mixvibes, 2.40.
Is that the information you are looking for?

if you are using the supplied map without modifications then it should be OK. if by any reason is a modified map, then it might be worth checking that sensitivity parameters are correct.

Try pressing the "vinyl" button, from your explanation it seems like you are in "CDJ" mode in which the jogs are only bending the playback.
Hope it helps

Hello,
the problem persists - no matter how sensitive I have set the Touch Sensor Level on the back. I was thinking that there is an issue with the hardware. However, when I close Mixvibes and start it up again, then it works.
So to me it appears like a BUG in the software (I use 3.3.10).
Do you need anything to help resolve this issue? Some log files or something?
Again - in case of the issue, it is bending instead of scratching. Regards, Peter
