Access Denied (attempting to download V2.6)

Hi,

Problem: Can not upgrade my version of Mix Vibes 2.5.0 to 2.6.

More Info:
I purchased a controller that came with Mix Vibes 2.5.0, the serial no. on the back of the controller was the license key for the software. I entered the license and this activated the software (all ok). I was prompted (on opening Mix Vibes) that there was an upgrade available (2.6), I hit the download button and arrived at a page stating "Access denied! You are not allowed to do this! Enter your serial number in your user control panel."

...what?! Ok, thinking for a moment, i registered an account with your site, activated the account through my email link, and added the serial number to my profile (in User Control Panel).

When I retried to download the upgrade, I got the same "Access Denied" page.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Update: I've followed the link to download it directly from your site (instead of within V2.5). It is downloading now... will see if it installs ok.

Great you solved it.
Probably the browser session prevented you to be able to use new credentials. By creating anew session you were able to use the new rights.
