Cross license to new owner

I have asked this for several months, still no answer!
I sold my Cross package to a fellow DJ and i want to move it to his name. Can you please finally DO IT!
I have PMed to 2 different persons, no answer.

I doesn't want to be a dick but it really seems that you have a pretty bad customer service.
Sad because I have spoken only good things about your software and two people has bought it after my feedback.
