iTunes library not importing to Cross DJ

When I click on the iTunes tab it only shows a total of 328 tracks whereas my actual library is close to 8,000 tracks.
After doing some research online the other day I tried to change the xml file linked to Cross DJ and this seemed to work on that occasion but since then every time I open Cross it reverts back to the same problem and I can't seem to fix it in the same way.
This is so frustrating as this is the only flaw in the software, otherwise it is exceptional!

This isn't normal behaviour.
Please register your license key in your user profile. You can download the last version and have access to more forums.
Also please provide some info on your setup.

How do I find my license key, I purchased Cross from the App Store on my Mac?
I have found a work around by export my library into a new xml file and then I can find it when I open up Cross however this only happens one.
I use the Pioneer DDJ SX2 connected to my Mac

Check info in my signature on registering.
You have the last version.
Not a Mac user so don't know for sure but might it be Cross doesn't have exclusive access on first use on first access of XML file.

Cheers RoJec, I am an IT simpleton so does that mean I'll have to use my workaround every time?

iTunes has had some updates since the last post here... What version of Cross are you using. Please register your software licence key in your user profile. By this you can download the latest version(3.3.11).
