Try running Cross in 32bit mode. Right click on icon to start.

The 64bit version requires soundcard driver to be 64bit. If this is not the case it won't work.

HI,

I'm having a comparable problem... Cross 3.3.9 was available in both 32-bit and 64-bit versions. I have windows 8.1 64-bit so I can run the 64-bit version, but it doesn't support CDJ ASIO since that can only works on the 32-bit version of Cross. So untill now I always ran Cross 3.3.9 32-bit without any problems. But the latest version, 3.3.10, is only available in 64-bit... So my question is, is there a possibility to download Cross 3.3.10 32-bit version?

Thanks in advance,
Joren

Look, you must download Cross not Cross DJ

Cross support MIDI and TImecode

Cross DJ only MIDI Control

If you install on WIndows
both Versions are Installed 64bit and 32bit

64Bit only works with a 64bit Driver of a Soundcard.

Hi,

I downloaded Cross, but I was confused because on the download page there was only the 64-bit version. But I found the 32-bit version, it's installed with the 64-bit as you said. So problem solved :)

Thanks,
Joren

Problem solved when I'm running Cross 32bit mode, but when i
trying to scratch my timecode vinyl the sound is a little bit late.
there is some delay. :S
buffer size is 512 samples (11.6ms)
(Mac)

Try reducing till lowest value which doesn't cause audio drops.

The feeling of responsiveness usually starts at 5ms or lower.
