For some reason my headphones are not giving off sound. The headphone lights are on, even the preview is showing sound on the beat bar but nothing coming through the headphones. I have a U-Mix Control Pro mixer. Any idea of what I could be doing wrong?

have you checked the volume on the controller and in the gui and also that the cue /master knob is fully conterclockwise

Here we go Daniel, there is nothing coming through the headphones.
If I turn the master switch on the controller fully counter clockwise we hear nothing at all? The volume is up on the headphones knob on the controller.

You don't have a channel set for output 2.
