Soundgarden DJ controller

Hi Newbie here,my son has a Soundgarden DJ controller and when I connect it to another laptop it's not connecting. Any suggestions please

You have to check the manufacturer website for updates of drivers. And firmware

What os do you have and is this supported for the OS.

Using a different usb port may help. But normally you should use the same port every time.

Cross gets information of the os at startup so it has to be recognised before starting.
