I've gone back to V3.1. Observations of V3.3:

1) Some very weird sync behaviour - where it would jump 2 or 4 beats.
2) Mic mix function not responding
3) Output level may be very quiet. Disconnect and reconnect U-Mix and it returns to normal.
4) If no controller connected, Cross crashes on exit.

need a little bit more info as to your set up , if mac os then possibly a crash report ,,
if you are using the 64 bit version then try using the 32 bit version ,,had issues with drivers for U-Mix Control Pro and the 64 bit version ,,

Also please some clarity on which Cross version.. 3.3.0 or current 3.3.10...
