Have you checked if other processes start running. It might be your mac has some default settings that run in the background.

Audio dropouts? Increase audio 'buffer size' value.
FAQ iOS / Android / PC / MAC http://www.mixvibes.com/help/
Soundcard not available/working? Try the 32bit version of Cross (is also installed).

Crackling or dropouts are a nasty thing to solve if it doesn't go the easy way.
As Cross can run at less than 1ms latency usually the problems or limitations are by the soundcard and its drivers.
Even if many tracks go right it might be that other tracks have more audio to be processed.

For the moment the only safe step would be to increase the buffer size till it's gone. This wouldn't be the best solution but it might cover the time for fixes of the drivers.

Please let us know what value you have to use as it is interesting to see if it is merely a denon issue.

I could never get below about 8ms on Pioneer cdj drivers. Wasn't a particularly powerful laptop, but it was well tuned.

Tested last night 1024 23.2ms latency. Lasted 2 hours before noise came back but only on left deck. Switch to right deck sound was perfect back to left noise again
Any ideas

Your values are getting high..

For finding the cause some other info would be required.

Are you only running audio files.
Did you use the same track in both decks.
did you have one or 2 decks playing.
Did you try running tracks that had no issue before the dropouts started right after this.
Did you increase audio bitrate on the fly to make it disappear.
Are you running any FX.
Are your track pre-analyzed.
If you run track from the same source (like album) do you have the same issue.
Is there anything specific for the track, like high bitrate, large file size, long track or such.

Just to be sure, are you using Cross 3.3.10 64-bit...

All audio files are 320kb all analized
I have tried with different tracks from 70's to tech house
All audio is on mac
I had 2 decks playin i was just letting them autoplay left and right
No adjustments on the fly and no fx
