Hello, I just downloaded this product. First things first, i'm not even sure if what I downloaded is the latest version. It looks outdated. Second, what ever mapping was supposed to be provided for my Mixtrack 2 seems non-existent. And last but not least, I can't get through two songs before it unexpectedly quits on me...I don't want to be negative but i'm already thinking need my money refunded. Please help..thank you.

Hi. Welcome to mixvibes.
The latest version of Cross DJ is 3.3.10.
What audio driver do you use. If you use Numark driver these are 32bit. Then the Cross 32bit version has to be used.
To be able to use the 64bit version you can install the asio4all driver from asio4all. Com website. Select it in the audio tab of preferences. Then the via settings select your sound card.
Btw Cross 64bit version is the only true 64bit DJ software around. So at least the technology is state of the art.
The MIDI mapping for the mixtrack is listed in the MIDI tab of preferences.
