Need support regarding U-Mix 44 input set up

Postby st3vnkin9 on 02 Mar 2015, 11:45

Hi everybody,

I have a short question on the U-Mix 44.

Is there a configuration menu in which I can set the inputs of the sound card to phono inputs?

I found this option in DVS Ultimate, but when I want to use the interface for another software it is not possible.

Thanks for any answer.

Regards
Stefan

In the downloads section you can find a control tool for the card if I'm right. If there would be away it would using this tool I guess.

Don't have the card... so sorry if i'm wrong.

Hi,

it doesn´t work, because there is no switch for line/phono in this tool.

:-(

Any other ideas?

I'm using Win7.
The other app is Virtual DJ 7. Might be also very helpful.

I also started a thread in VDJ forum.

But I think that the issues is located in the device driver which is integrated in MixVibes.

Or is there an external driver with advanced options available?

Here is the screenshot of the settings which are used in Ultimate 7.
Player 1 is set to phono=yes (bypass signal OK)
Player 2 is set to phono=no (bypass signal to low)

In VDJ there is no option like this. So the general question is..How can I set this "preamp" option without Ultimate 7 ?
