small bug in playlist deleting

Sometimes when deleting a song from playlist clears all songs that are after the one you deleted (usually when near the button of playlist) but going out of the playlist then back in will show them again, so they do not get deleted only disappear momentarily. Cross 3.10 Mac OS X Yosemite

Would this only happen for tracks quickly deleted after selection (like <2s), with preview on?
If so the good news is that Cross doesn't crash no more in this situation.... easier to recover the list as one doesn't have to start over... Still requires a fix (though I can't duplicate at W8)

No perview on and it does not crash just go out of the playlist then back in and they are back. so as topic said small bug
