Incorrect Mapping functions

Hey there.
Enjoying using Cross DJ for Mac. I am a corporate audio guy and I use an X-Keys X24 controller. Super straight forward. Trying to map some functions to keyboard presses.
My issue:
1. Autoplay Start/Stop in the Tracks Rack keyboard mapping section starts the A deck playing rather than starting Autoplay.
2.Add to Autoplay does not add anything to the Autoplay list. (I assume I can have a track selected in my iTunes list, hit the "a" button, which is the button I have mapped to that function, and the song should pop over to the list. Nothing happens.

Feature request:
1. It would be nice to have a button to "fade out now". When I hit the Stop Autoplay button, it does just that. Obviously. It stops playing music at the end of the song. I can then hit either the Play/Pause on either A or B but it would be nice to have ONE BUTTON that just fades out the music, no matter where it is playing.
Thanks in advance for your help,
John

 little bit more info ,what version of Cross DJ are you using
by regerstering the software licence key in the fourm you can then update to the latest version ,,,,,user control panel/profile/serial #

some of the mapping issues will have to be figured out ,, and nessary info will be needed ,

in the later versions the auto play can be stopped by starting the next track as you would by normal process ,ie mixing the next track in ,
not shure how long you have been using the software ,,so playaround with it ,,also check out the manual
and welcome

Been using the free version for a while tho not extensively.
Bought the paid version today. So I assume its the most up to date.
3.3.9
Its pretty intuitive software. So, I haven't read the manual yet. But I will. I always do.

In my world, I have pretty simple needs.
Build a playlist from groups of music I've created in iTunes.
Have that list crossfade nicely during an auto playback situation.
Crossfade into the next track on demand.
Fade out on demand.

Usually, these are keystrokes as opposed to mouse moves.
I've used MixMeister, Megaseg and Disco XT mostly in the past, with mixed results.

Hey Daniel.
While I could definitely be missing something, I don't think that I am.
In the Manual. Section 4.11
Using the Keyboard.
1. I clicked the + button to add custom Controller mappings.
2.Named it.
3.Clicked the + sign next to Tracks Rack
4.Clicked "add mapping" next to "Auto Play Stop/Start.
5. set the mapping to the letter "s" and left it in toggle mode.
Followed the same set up for "add to auto play" using the letter "a"
and the same set up using the letter "n" (next) for AutoPlay Next.

"N" works if I use a mouse to click on the AutoPlay Start/Stop button on the screen.
"S" starts the A player playing NOT AutoPlay.
With the A deck playing, pressing the "N" button give me an error telling me I have to first stop the deck from playing.
"A" does nothing.

What am I missing?

If you try to complete registering you can upload the mapping you created.

First impression is that the steps taken are as should.

Could you also add info regarding keyboard setting and keyboard language. Like us international and english us.
