Headphones don't work on MAC

I can't hear the sound through my headphones, in any channel.
I'm using the Cross DJ 3.2.2.

okay bunch of steps in the process ,info on your systems set up and hardware being used ,,also regerster your software in the fourm /user control panel/profile/serial #

If you use the Cross Free version then this is a limitation in the version.

Hi guys, thanks for the help.

I was using the free version, and now I installed the complete version and registered the serial key on the user panel.

The problem remains. Any idea of whats going on?

Problem solved! I changed the Routing Mode to Dual Stereo.
