Hi there

I am currently using the free version of Cross DJ on my mac..

I want to purchase the full version from the app store, but would first like to know if the mixer I bought will work.

I bought an ion dj2go mixer( same as Numark product as far as i can tell)

will it work straight off, or will i need to install a MIDI mapping?

Hi, the controller will work as Cross supports any MIDI controller.

I can't find the specific mapping. Cross does have the ion discover and the Numark dj2go premapped. There is a fair chance you can use these. However the prove of the pudding....

Even if these ain't exactly, it would be rather easy to use these as basic and modify the mapping that is closest with the Cross MIDI editor. My guess would be that it takes 30-60 minutes max.

Thanks... purchased the software and it works perfectly.. Had to manually map one or two of the buttons, but pretty much got it sorted.

Only two functions I'm ,not sure how to map.. use the preview buttons for each deck, but but can't figure out which function to map to those specific buttons.

Please register your license key in your user profile so you have more access, like to downloads; also a great backup in case you need it in future.

The preview is part of the Track Rack section in MIDI commands.
