Cross DJ crashing during gigs

my Cross DJ mixvibes software is constantly crashing on me during gigs in the middle of a song.....screen goes white and then it all shuts down, i have installed the latest software update and it still doesnt solve my problem.........HELP PLEASE ASAP !!!!!

Would it be possible to tell some more. Just to be sure provide details on hardware setup, program version.
Is it any song or one (or more) specific tracks. Using video or audio,...
Is it just playing, or are you doing something just before..
If you have a Mac, please try to provide the error report.
