I have had no use with the 64bit Cross DJ with my denon mc6000 controller, when checking in the control panel the asio driver is not recognized so the player does not work. Can anyone link me with a resolution because the 32bit freezes intervally when playing.

Just try to use Asio4All. It's not the best solution but it's the only one for now. Last week I sent a email to Denon asking for this.

indeed asio4all for 64.
I would however resolve the 32 as well ... First guess is latency is to low.

I tried the 64bit Asio drivers that Denon offers with MC6000 MK2 and it works for MC3000 too. In the Asio panel it recognize MC3000 too.

Hi all,
I can't get the MC6000 mk2 to work with the Denon ASIO driver, it just does not recognise it. Any pointers on how to get it to work?
If not, it is working with ASIO4ALL and even with low latency there's a delay on my crossfader and vol faders.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Jamie

With the MC6000 MKII connected (and turned on), but before you open Cross, right click on the "Speaker" icon (lower right corner), and open "Playback Devices". Is the Denon listed?

If it's not listed, you might have a bad USB cable.
If it is listed, make sure the correct driver is loaded. There are separate 32 bit and 64 driver msi's available, and an exe file that I think loads both. You obviously need the correct one - the 32 bit for 32 bit OS AND 32 bit Cross combination, and the 64 bit for 64 bit OS with the 64 bit version of Cross. Load the driver with with the Denon's USB cable unplugged, or until the driver software says to plug it in.
Now, open Cross, go into the Configuration setup, and find the ASIO driver - it's usually listed near the bottom. Select it.
Yes?
