No serial number, what to do?

Hi,

I'm trying to register a FirstMix Pro on the website, but I don't have the card with the serial number, just the box, the operations manual, and the controller. I'm hoping to try and update my software from 2.6.0 to whatever is newest so that my laptop might start recognizing my device again, it hasn't since I installed Yosemite. What can I do?

MixVibes doesn't know serialnumbers owners untill registered. The serialnumber is linked to a license. When delivered as 'OEM' it may be that the manufacturer only purchased a version license so upgrading from 2 to 3 might not be included.

How did you manage to get your software running if you don't have a license number?
