U-Mix Control Pro QUESTIONS

Hi to All,
I'm writing because I'm using U-Mix Control Pro with Cross DJ 3.3.9 (64 bit) but i find that cue volume is not so high (at max).
Otherwise on mac screen when i turn the volume lever of controller, volume change in cue but not turn the volume level image on screen of software.
I also use a power adaptor but nothing change
Do you know what could be?
Could You help me please?

The controller changes the values as is visible in the screen. If the value in the screen does not change, the volume will not change.

Could you try turning the Cue knob fader slow and see what happens.

Hi Rojec,
the problem is that the cue knob fader works with volume of cue (min and max level) but no movement in the screen of software while no problem on screen with mix (cue/master) knob, which work good.
It is like the cue knob doesn't control software only on view not function.

- Which MIDI mapping do you use?
- Does it work when you turn really slow (try a few turns back and forth).
- Open Preferences | MIDI tab. When you turn the knob does the tab header show green. ( touch a working control to see what it should look like)
- Did you try connecting to a different USB port.

1) I use MIDI mapping U-Mix Control Pro;
2) slow doesn't work;
3) in MIDI tab when turn cue knob the tab header doesn't show green, while with other knob become green;
4) i try other usb port but is the same.
Problem is in 3) what could be?

Suspect you have a defective fader. It should always flash green, also when not mapped.
As a workaround you could make a copy of the mapping and change the mapping of the Cue to use the Mix fader (assuming you use this more often).
Warrantee issue is to be handled with the reseller by default.

Hi Rojec,
Could u raccomend me a model of android tablet I could Buy to use Cross app with U-Mix contro pro 2 without have any problems cause I use Apple product But iPad doesn't works with MIDI control!

Sorry can't help you. I don't keep track of available Android devices.

Cross needs OTG to connect your controller. With Android M you can also use the 2 stereo outputs.

The more storage at the device the more tracks you can keep in the mediabase.
