Buttons Dont Work

Hi got my Gemini Firstmix i/o setup and working. i have a few of the buttons not working.

Load A
Headphones (Left)
Scatch
Sync
E

Buttons all do not work on the left side.

The right hand side all works fully

Any ideas plz?

what version of software
what MIDI mapping is being used
what have you tried to do to solve this and the outcome

also if you regerster the software licence key in the fourm then you will have access to the down load section for the latest ver of the software ,,, user control panel/profile/serial #

Hi sorry for the lack of info.

I have updated from v2.0.1 to v2.6.0
Using Gemini Asio setup

The lights and functions will work if clicked of the screen e.g. left headphone but the buttons themselves just dont work only on the left side. right side all buttons work as should.
Have tried uninstall/re install, download lastest software etc.

the buttons did work yesterday when unboxed but seems to have failed already.

can you look in preferences/MIDI ,,,as you use the controller the green on line icon should blink/flicker ,, shows that the software is recieving a MIDI command ,, check this out and see whats going on
