Numark N4 Cue Buttons Don't Work

Hopefully someone who uses a Numark N4 controller can help. The headphone "Cue" buttons above each channel on this controller aren't working. I can't get any audio into the headphones for finding cue points in a track while mixing. The "Cue/Main" mix knob at the top of the controller appears to be working fine. I get all of the main mix through the headphones when the dial knob is turned all of the way to the right - but nothing when the dial is turned all of the way left when a cue button is pushed above a channel fader. The controller cue buttons work fine with Serato and Virtual DJ. However, Mixvibes Cross is vastly superior software so am hoping someone has an answer - mapping solution.

 this is a audio routing issue ,, by your other posting , you said that there is none selected for output 2 ,, there should be a selection for the output ...,, in the drop down menue for audio set up is there a selection for asio4all

if you look at the audio set ups for the other software this will give you a idea of how the routing should be ,, using two sets of outputs ,,one for master out and the second for cue/monitor out ,,
for some reason the software is not seeing the second set needed ,
have you checked the Cross manual for basic audio set up ,, might help clear up whats goining on ,,

screen shots will help also ,

Daniel Clark you ROCK. Thanks for calling me! First, you'll need to download the appropriate ASIO from Numark for the N4 controller.
ASIO4ALL v2 and install it onto your computer.

Then set Input 1 to N4 1/N4 2 and the same for Output 1
Then set input 2 to N4 3/N4 4 and the same for Output 2

Remember you also have to download the deck 2/4 button N4 mapping in this forum to get the controller to fully function properly.
