Upgrade from DVS or older Cross versions

Hello,
Am I eligible to buy Upgrade to Cross Pack when I have a license for the old DVS Pack that came with U46MK2?

Or if I were to buy a physical boxed copy from a local store that sells Mixvibes Cross in those old black boxes (version 1.0 or 1.5 I think), can I update to 3.3 and recieve all further updates for free?

older software and badging has been deleted ,, contack uncle vibes about upgrade pricing ,,
if purching the software in cd version then by regerstering it in the fourm then the download section is open to update the software to latest version ,
