Can I install this programme on a windows 8 Dell?

well not shure as to installing on win 8 ,, DVS ultimiate was discountunied and support/updates where stopped ,, not saying it wont but you will have to try ,,
a better option would be to upgrade to Cross DVS pagkage ,, depending on the sc used and if drivers are avaible for it ,, you can use them ,, just a newer software ,, can use same hardware ,,
