Hello! I found little problem with the track gain after analyze. If you have a few seconds of silence in the end of track, then track gain will be -12dB.
I experimented a little. Every time I cut-off the silence, track gain became different.
I took a track (any) with analyzed gain 0dB (or close to 0) and added 20 seconds of silence at the end - after analyze track gain become -12dB.
Am I right that the silence for Cross is very LOUD? And average gain of track depends on the time of this LOUD silence? :D

PS Removing the silence or something else - what would be the answer?

You're absolutely right about the silence, additionally silence in the beginning or even middle of the track makes the gain -12.0 dB.

That also would explain why many sound effects need manual adjustment of gain...
