the team have to said if Cross DJ is always compatible with the american audio vms 2 .now when you try to load a song, it stop the active deck even if the >> security mode >> is on .

Are you sure this is not clone deck' function that is taking place (which does override the security setting)

may be i m on macbook air up to date . where is the option to deesactivate clone deck ? thanks

Clone deck means loading the same track in the other deck. This can be done from the track rack are with drag and drop from the other deck.

So only in this situation the security is overruled.

There's no option to avoid this.
What happens for you that makes this occur frequently.

It is a pretty rare circumstance usually to have the same track selected while working on loading an other track.

need info as to how you are getting this to occur with out you wanting it ,, if this action is caused by the controller then its a matter of altering the mapping ,,

it s occurred doing nothing more complicate than trying to load a tune by the load button of the B deck when A is playing. no effects,no in out , no sample, only pressing load button of the B deck make stop the A deck and charge the tune in A and B.
sometimes i have realy bad sound ,and i must resart Cross to get normal sound.
i m on macbook air 8 g ram and 250 hard drive with yossemite upto date.

would it be possible to open up the MIDI mapping for that controller and highlight the mapping for that action and post a screen shot of this ,, as to take a look at the mapping to see if anything is out of bounds ,,
also doese this occure when you use the gui to load the tracks ,,
