Issue with S4
Posted: 22 Nov 2014, 10:14Tonight I was trying to use Cross with the S4 and ran into issues.
Even with the Kontrol Editor and the mapping loaded, I had issues. The Cross software kept saying that it was 'offline'. Even when it was working, it wasn't working 100%. At first I had issues with the crossfader not working properly.
I'm on a Mac OS X running Yosemite and the latest release of Cross. I downloaded the mapping today so it's the latest release of the mapping as well. Since this laptop is less than 2 weeks old, all the software was downloaded and installed within the last week and a half or so.
Not quite sure what was wrong... and I ended up using the Cross Remote app for part of the control as well as control vinyl. It was tough but I got through the night... Was just wondering if anyone has this figured out and has been using the S4 on a regular basis.
Side note, I'm using an S4 MK 1.
