Missing Hot Cues/Locators from tracks

Hi. I've spent quite some time (as you can imagine) setting hot cue/locators on a lot of tracks and they now seem to have disappeared. Has anyone else had this issue or know what might have happened?

I recently upgraded to Cross DJ 3.3.3 from 3.2.

Also, I have the 64-bit version, but it seems to only output through my laptop speakers. Works fine on the 32-bit version.

Thanks
Andy

 second issues might have something too do with your controller/sound card drivers ,, ie 32 bit driver ,not being reconized by the 64 bit version ,, so info needed on your set up

fiirst issue ,, did you set up another collection when you updated your software if so then the old collection should be in the mixvibes folder files ,,it might be a simple as reverting back to that old collection with the locators in it ,,

Hi Daniel, thanks for the prompt reply.

re the first issue, I didnt do anything with collection or music. Literally downloaded the software update and then started using it. Realised tracks were missing the hot cues I had setup previously, so opened my Crss DJ 3.2 to see if they were still there in that version and they seem to have gone completely.

The 64-bit version should work as I'm running Cross DJ with U-Mix Control Pro 2 on the following spec laptop:
i5 2.50GHz, 8GB RAM, 64-bit OS Windows 7

Cheers

 will post a link for info on the driver issue with U-Mix Control Pro 2 also running it and cant use the 64 bit version ,, recommend using asio4all to run sc if you want to run 64 bit version ,

as you can see by my screen shot Cross saves collections ,,didnt see any lost cues/locators but do not rely on then so they are far and few between ,, so not shure about that issue

Thanks

Just played around with the collections and found that I have the same song listed numerous times. This is probably for every time I've upgraded the software. So I've removed the last song and relocated the previous song which seems to have found all the hot cues.

I dont seem to have collections automatically saved like youve shown though. Maybe I need to look in to that so I dont have to go through this everytime I upgrade.

Songs are not added by an upgrade. What Daniel shows is just a matter of backing up your collection (easiest way would be to 'save as' current collection).

You must be doing something else to add songs as having to relocate also isn't caused by Cross. Might it be you use external drives with changing disk character.

 kinda lost in your explaination, still not shure what you have going on ,, so here some info ,
Cross plays/selects the last collection played at start up , even when updating the software,,, the reason for my neumerious collections is ,, when going from the 1. ver to the 2. ver ,, my hardware stared to not be able to handel the needs of the software ,, so i reverted back to 1.7 ver and that killed the collection , so thease collections are a type of back up to be able to revert back to a earlier ver,, ,,so not understanding what you have going on ,, but
if you look in the display menue i saw a new tab for backing up your collection ,,
if you get everthing back in order then you might want to do this
