Bizarre.... 3.3.3 crashes when i attempt to open anything other than just two tables. if i do 4 it displays them, but then crashes when i click anywhere else..

looking to use the sampler and this is weird..

Ideas??

not understanding your explaination of your problem ,, how are you trying to switch from 3/4 decks to 2 decks /2 samplers ,, not clear what you have going on ,,

Cross DJ 3.3 mac app store version has a problem when displaying the 4 players (player C D or sampler).
This bug does not exist with the mixvibes store version (mac and PC) or older versions.

have you the Cross DJ version from mac app store ?

Yes i am using the App Store Version of 3.3.3

unfortunately updating in app store always takes some time due to the approval process.
So likely download here will be faster.
